Michelle Dawson

A warm welcome to everyone!
I'm Michelle, the managing Director of Enhancing Lives Community Care. My role is to ensure the overall running of our service.
I will be working with Dave and Tara to create a happy, caring and stimulating environment in which each individual can flourish.

I have worked in social care for over 35 years and the majority of my experience has been supporting individuals who have a learning disability/autism. Some of the qualifications I have include a social work degree, a Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, an NVQ level 3 in promoting independence, positive behavioural support, intensive interaction, autism plus many more which are all relevant to this role.

When I am not working, I live an active lifestyle, constantly keeping myself busy. I enjoy days out to nature reserves, walking my dog Misha, gardening, jogging and spending time with my family and friends.
