I'm Michelle, the managing Director of Enhancing Lives Community Care. My role is to ensure the overall running of our service.
I will be working with Tara to create a happy, caring and stimulating environment in which each individual can flourish.

Hello, my name is Mia. My role in the team is to manage the 'behind the scenes'. I write the weekly blogs to keep everyone up to date, I manage the social media and website and help out with the administration.

Hi I'm Kelly, I've worked in a care environment for over 20 years. Firstly I worked with children and recently I've moved to working with adults. I feel this is such a rewarding position to be in and I really enjoy the work we do.

I'm Tara, one of the Directors of Enhancing lives community care.
I will be working along side Michelle to provide excellent quality support, through friendly, flexible, person-centred informed partnerships, while embracing independence, choice, privacy, dignity and respect, with the promotion of Enhancing Lives cost effectively.

Hi I’m Michele. I’ve been supporting service users in all aspects of care since I was 18 years old. I had a career break to look after my 2 sons whilst growing up. Caring for individuals with needs has always been my calling.

Hi I'm Luke, I've been supporting young people and adults in health and social care since I was 18 years old. I love meeting the people I support and making a positive impact on their lives.

My name is Natasha, I have worked in the Care environment for 8 years, I started off in Child Care and recently moved onto Adult Care in which I am really enjoying. It is amazing to support the individuals at ELCC by treating everyone equally, and with respect and seeing everyone happy and enjoying themselves.
