Tara Norris

I'm Tara, one of the Directors of Enhancing lives community care.
I will be working along side Michelle and Dave to provide excellent quality support, through friendly, flexible, person-centred informed partnerships, while embracing independence, choice, privacy, dignity and respect.

My role is to exercise reasonable care skills and diligence, focusing on personal development, ensuring all staff are up to date with training. I will also be providing hands on support for the individuals attending our service, continuously reviewing their care needs to ensure their needs / wishes are being fulfilled.

I have worked in social care for 10 years, covering a variety of different settings, gaining excellent experience, knowledge and training.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family making memories, working on my personal development while listening to music and going to the theatre.
