A Barge Trip and meeting Mayor Councillor Gillian Wroe and Mayoress Deidre McGeown

On Wednesday we had the most amazing day! We all went on a barge trip to Lymm. Both Aaron and Michael conquered their fears, another achievement added to the list! Well done Aaron and Michael! We boarded the barge at Stockton Heath and continued along the Bridgewater canal to Lymm. Jemma steered the barge as you can see from the photo!

Thanks Karl, Richard and Sholto for making it a day to remember!

This morning some of the group went to Crown Green Bowls in Westhoughton (lottery funded). We even met the mayor and mayoress of Westhoughton!
