Gaia at Blackburn Cathedral!

On Wednesday we visited Blackburn Cathedral to see a huge 3D sculpture of Earth which is seen by NASA. It was spectacular!

We then had a look at the photography exhibition — the theme was “Life on Earth.” Nina’s favourite was a stunning photo of people and their dogs on a beach. This photo was the one that had won the competition. We also spent some time listening to the organ being played.

Our other activities this week have included:

• Keep Fit with Alex

• Baking (cherry scones)

…and we finished the week with another fun Lifebeats, thanks Alan!

Other News:

On Monday a small group will be visiting Manchester Museum — The museum on Monday is actually closed to the public, but we have been given a special invite!
