Lottery funded Bushcraft and Crown Green Bowls

Our lottery funded activities this week included a trip to Moses Gate with Janet who showed us how to make some bird feeders - to make the bird food we mixed meal worms, suet, seeds, flour and water and pressed the sticky mixture onto a tree. We also cooked on the the fire plus lots more.

We also enjoyed Crown Green Bowls on Westhoughton Park, everyone did well and enjoyed the morning.

Our other activities this week have included:

• Community zumba

• Literacy and numeracy

• Mill Cafe visit

• Work experience in the Mill Cafe

• Work experience for the Community Grocery (helping with the cardboard recycling)

• Sensory activities (smell)

• Parachute games

• Music with Phil

• Countdown

• Hair and nails

• Life skills
