Lottery Funded Well-being, Bushcraft and The Anderton Centre

Lots of lottery funded activities this week, starting with a well-being session with Neil. Two lottery funded activities with Janet; bushcraft at Moses Gate, we firstly looked for for pictures of animals that were hidden, then did poo sticks off the bridge which was great fun. We finished by making pancakes which everyone enjoyed.

On Friday some of the group went to the Anderton Centre, we did lots of land activities and some of the group even climbed the pole. Hannah made it to the top which was amazing!

On Wednesday we firstly visited Salford Old Fire Station bakery and cafe, and we even had a look at the brewery. After we went to Salford Museum and took a trip down Lark Hill Place where you step back in time onto an old Victorian street, we even dressed up!

Our other activities this week:

  • Community zumba

  • Mill cafe visit

  • Keptfit with Alex

  • Karaoke

  • Games

  • and to finish a fun packed week - we had the best time with Alan Lifebeats - thanks Alan
