Our trip out via the tram today was to the National Trust Castlefield Viaduct. We had a guided tour from Teddy who informed us all about the history of the viaduct right up to present day. The viaduct has been transformed into a sky garden which is right in the middle of Manchester. We all enjoyed the visit even though we needed to borrow an umbrella, it didn't stop raining!
Our other activities have included lots of life skills, from making drinks, tidying up, washing and drying the pots, we have also enjoyed Community Zumba, karaoke, team games, reading, pamper and a local walk.
Tomorrow if the weather is okay we will be going to Wheels for All and baking. We will be finishing the week with our fun drama session on Friday.
It is an early blog post this week as I am off camping for the bank holiday weekend, in the rain of course!! ☔
