RHS - Wellbeing Session and a trip to Manchester Museum

On Tuesday we all had a day out at RHS Bridgewater. Leo and Heather took us on a walk around the grounds, we then did some leaf printing in the poly tunnel. We were also joined by Pei Yan who helped out for the day. It was so lovely to catch up with you, we hope to see you again soon!

We visited Manchester Museum on Wednesday. We met Karen who kindly took us firstly to see the 'cat that slept for a thousand years exhibition'. We all got to touch the cat and it was even purring! After Karen did some craft work with everyone. We all had a great time - thanks so much Karen for a great day.

Our other activities have included:

• Meditation

• Mill Cafe visit

• Rounders

• Baking

and to end a great week, a fabulous, very energetic Lifebeats session. Thanks Alan.
