This week we have welcomed Azim Ali to the ELCC family.
Monday:
We began the day with Zumba and after did some relaxing yoga. In the afternoon we had fun with the parachute and then did a sensory activity - we had to feel/touch an object and tried to guess what is was. Everyone did well.
Tuesday:
We made some banana buns and in the afternoon some of the group went litter picking (Azim Ali's first experience of litter picking!) whilst the rest of the group took part in chair exercise.
Wednesday:
We went ten pin bowling, Aaron was the winner!
Thursday:
We all had a drink in the Mill Cafe and in the afternoon we had a session with Alex from KeptFit.
Friday:
Today we had a music session with Phil and some of the group went to the Anderton Centre. The activity this week was Low Ropes and parachute. Erin did amazing as you can see from the pics! In the afternoon we played charades.
We have also done a lot of life skills, relaxation, hair and nails in between this week.
Other news:
Please don't forget our 3rd year anniversary party will be taking place next Friday the 13th of September, including entertainment by Haydn, a bottle tombola and cakes & refreshments.
