Wow £20,000 from the National Lottery Community Fund!

On Friday we celebrated our amazing news that Friends of Enhancing Lives had been awarded £20,000 from the National Lottery Community Fund.

We all had a great afternoon celebrating from entertainment from Haydn to lots of cake and refreshments. A huge thanks goes out to all of our families that came to make the event even more special. Thanks Beverley for getting us our celebration cake!

We will keep you updated with how we will use this money to ensure everyone we support are provided with even more opportunities.

On Tuesday evening some of the group went out to the Waterside pub for a meal to celebrate Aaron’s birthday, it was a great night!

We decided to go to the cinema on Wednesday and watched Bridget Jones: Mad about the boy.
