We have ventured out a lot this week!
On Monday we did our boxing with Kronik Warriors, Martin and Luiz ensured we had lots of fun whilst exercising.
For our trip out on Wednesday we visited the Waterside pub in Monton to celebrate Adele's birthday. We had a lovely afternoon and the food was delicious.
We also had a day out on Thursday to RHS Bridgewater to enjoy a therapeutic gardening session. This was ran by Ozichi and volunteers Bernie and John along with Charlie the apprentice. We began the day by having a walk around the RHS and then we were shown photos of ELCC that had been put in the Wellbeing garden for everyone to see. We then went into the polly tunnel where Ozichi had set up lots of potting/ planting for us to do. Alan, Nathan, Damion and Sharon also joined us for the day.
Throughout the week we have also been doing Zumba, Mill Cafe visit, numeracy, literacy, team games, life skills and music with Phil.
