Wow lots of Birthday celebrations this week! A big happy birthday to Nina, Ler Gay, Azim Ali and Michelle!
We had a visit to The Monastery Manchester on Wednesday. We were even invited to join the weekly music café with Manchester Camerata, this was a fabulous experience for everyone and we have all been invited to come again.

Thanks everyone for coming to our Christmas Lifebeats with Alan, what an amazing afternoon we all had, everyone was fantastic!
